Delivery Information

All orders $26 or more are shipped free New Zealand Wide, we do not do overseas shipping or to PO Boxes.
Orders place and paid for before 4PM Monday to Friday are shipped that day.
Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.
North Island deliveries 24-48 hours (Usually overnight)
South Island 24-36 Hours (typically 2 days)
Rural Orders can take an extra day.

Order Processing and Track and Trace
Orders will have email confirmation, GST Invoices and tracking info sent out via email as they are processed. (Check your junk folder if you can't find the emails)

Signature's are required by default and will not be left at the delivery location without it. You can opt for the couriers to leave packages at your door without signature required.
Note: Non Signature required packages are delivered at your own risk as the couriers are not responsible if it goes missing or is damaged - we cannot claim on non signature required packages.

Tracking / Delivery Enquirys
Track your item on fastways website. Click 'Online Equiry' under the tracking info.
Fill the form out (its very short) and fastway will look into it.

The required details for the form are:
* Label number: Listed on the tracking email
* Description of goods: Supplements
* Reply Email Address: your email address (make sure to select 'I am the receiver')

* Complete your Address details (phone number will help a lot)

Free / Promo Items:
While we will endeavor to always make sure everything is included with each order, if free / promo items are missed we will send them out with the next order.

Damage and Inspection

Please inspect the package carefully before signing. If they do not want to wait, add STI (Subjet to Inspection) to the signature label and inform the courier. If the package is damaged refuse delivery and contact us immediately.


Returns & Cancellation Policy

If you need to return a product covered under these conditions we require notice within 7 days of delivery.
Products damaged during delivery are covered above.
If you receive the wrong products we need to be notified straight away. We will organise for the item to be shipped back and will replace the item once returned and verified.
As of the nature of the products, once opened the products cannot be returned, so please check carefully.
We cannot accept products back if you 'changed your mind' sorry.

Please make sure your order is correct before placing it as paid orders will be fully processed.

Credit card payments
All Credit card payments are processed through DPS. We do not hold credit card details so there is no risk of your card being misused by anyone at Evolv Supplements.

DPS Hosting
DPS have a dedicated development and datacentre specially designed for payments processing. DPS are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI-DSS) compliant at processor level; performing quarterly independent Risk Management scans on systems and full onsite audits, annually. DPS own all internal networking and security infrastructure; dual Host systems and cold stand-by at the IBM datacentre, dual UPS, multi-ohm internet connectivity, failover switches and back up generators. We also have a host system based in Sydney for our Australian customers and a private GPRS network, in Australia and NZ, for wireless payment processing.
In short, All credit card transactions are handled by DPS via their Safe and Secure System that has been approved by Visa and Mastercard.
