Depending on your workout regime, weight and sex it is recommended to take between 1.4g and 3g+ of protein per your bodyweight (KG) per day. E.g. An 80KG person at 2g protein per KG, would need 160g per day. To make sure you digest this properly, its advised to split the amount over each meal during the day.
